Food and Beverage Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at voco St David's Cardiff. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that our customers receive a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
