Land Development Manager

Ardent is seeking a Land Development Manager to join our team in Birmingham.
The ideal candidate will have experience in land development, project management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement land development strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.

- Identify opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. land development, urban planning, geography).
- Proven experience in land development and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
