Job Description

Ardent is seeking a Land Development Manager to join our team in Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will have experience in land development, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement land development strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. land development, urban planning, geography).
  • Proven experience in land development and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
