Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our team in Birmingham as a Land Development and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, managing project finances, and delivering high-quality land referencing projects to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Manage project finances, ensuring commercial objectives are met
  • Deliver land referencing projects to clients, ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery
  • Lead a team of land referencers, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in land development and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong understanding of client needs and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
