About the Role:

  • Responsible for independently managing complex planning casework.
  • Preparing comprehensive representations for Local Plan consultations.
  • Developing creative planning strategies to enhance land use and development.

Key Requirements:

  • MRTPI chartered status or actively pursuing it.
  • Extensive knowledge of planning policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

What We Offer:
