Strategic Land Use Coordinator

We require a senior town planner to support our client's growth plans in Birmingham.
The ideal candidate will have a strong skill set and expertise in development management and strategic planning, with at least four years of experience in planning, preferably within consultancy.
The key responsibilities include:
- Leading on medium and small-scale projects and assisting seniors on major projects.
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing accurate advice and communicating effectively.
Salary Information
Estimated Salary: 70,000 - 90,000 per annum
