Land Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Land Manager to join our team at Environment Bank. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for the effective creation and ongoing management of Habitat Banks. Your primary focus will be on prioritising the development of these unique ecosystems based on demand from Local Authorities and other stakeholders. You will also work closely with internal teams to assess site suitability, conduct thorough due diligence, and deliver capital works. Additionally, you will liaise with landowners and local authorities to ensure the long-term success of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rural land management, preferably with experience in creating and managing environmental habitats. A working knowledge of Farm Business Tenancies and relevant environmental matters related to rural land management would be advantageous. Project management experience in the environmental sector is also desirable. If you possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for environmental conservation, this could be the ideal role for you. The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 per annum. Benefits include 30 days' holiday, plus bank holidays and additional wellness days, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the company.
