About the Role
A Land Rights Technician is required to join our team at Bruton Knowles. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a field related to land and a strong understanding of IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office packages.

The purpose of this role is to undertake the Acquisition of Land / Rights in Land and carry out Compensation work on various projects. This includes major Utility and Infrastructure projects, such as Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects, as well as other transport, gas, water, and electricity schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality services to clients and colleagues
• Manage time effectively to achieve set fee income targets
• Provide assistance to team members with technical skills and expertise
• Assist in the delivery of specific activities, including on-site work and record-keeping

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A degree in a relevant field
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and keyboard proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean and full driving licence
