Land Rights Specialist

About the RoleThe Land Rights Technician will be responsible for acquiring land rights and carrying out compensation work on major utility and infrastructure projects. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a high-quality service to clients, team colleagues, and other business teams
- Achieve fee income set in Performance Review
- Manage the utilisation of time for the team's benefit and maximise efficiency
- Provide appropriate assistance, technical skills, and services to the team
- Degree educated in an area broadly related to land
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages, including MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Self-starter with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in an organised and methodical fashion with a high level of attention to detail
