This role is designed for a motivated Geography Graduate to work as a Land Rights Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring land rights and carrying out compensation work on various projects, including major utility and infrastructure schemes.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in land activities and possess suitable transferable experience and skills to facilitate the delivery of land referencing, negotiating land rights, and dealing with compensation claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake the acquisition of land/rights in land and carry out compensation work on various projects.
  • Deliver a high-quality service to clients, team colleagues, and other business teams.
  • Maintain accurate time records on Changepoint and attend training sessions and team meetings.
  • Ensure that the appropriate Quality assurance and Health and Safety standards are met.

Requirements:

  • A good working knowledge of IT, particularly Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A clean driving license.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 23 days holiday, Company Pension, and Medicash.
