This Senior GIS Manager position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to lead the technical delivery of land referencing projects and ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, coordinating GIS solutions, and providing training.
With a strong understanding of the land and property industry, the ideal candidate will have a degree in Geography (or a relevant discipline) or relevant technical experience. They will have successfully led a technical team of land consultants to deliver land referencing or land assembly services on an infrastructure project.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating the technical spatial delivery element of land referencing projects
- Developing and implementing efficient working practices to provide industry-leading best-value services to clients
- Leading on quality assurance of deliverables and driving innovation within the team to improve working practices
- Managing, motivating, mentoring, and developing staff
- Coordinating PinPoint development discussions with colleagues in iCRC
We estimate the salary range for this position to be $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
