UK Land Referencing and Negotiation Expert

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum
Bruton Knowles is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Project Technician to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking the acquisition of land rights in the UK, focusing on major utility and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality service to clients, team colleagues, and other business teams.
- Ensure that all correspondence is authorised before sending.
Working closely with more experienced colleagues, you will aim to achieve fee income set in Performance Review. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate time records on Changepoint, meeting targets set in Performance Review.
This role requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work independently within defined parameters.
About YouAs a graduate in geography or a related field, you will have a strong understanding of land activities and suitable transferrable experience to facilitate delivery of land referencing, negotiating land rights, and dealing with compensation claims.
You will also have a clean full driving licence and be able to travel frequently.
Essential Criteria- Good working knowledge of IT, including Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility within defined parameters.
