Senior Land Project Coordinator

Ardent, the UK's leading provider of land, consent management and stakeholder engagement services, is seeking a skilled Senior Land Project Coordinator to join its team. Located in Birmingham, Warrington or Leeds, this role offers hybrid working supported by a SmartWorking Policy.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, land referencing, and statutory processes. As a key member of the land referencing team, you will contribute to the efficient delivery of project deliverables, including books of reference, plans, maps, and compulsory purchase schedules.
Key Responsibilities:- Help organise and support the land referencing team in the delivery of project tasks and objectives.
- Contribute to the technical delivery of projects through experience and understanding of statutory processes (DCO, TWAO, CPO).
- Develop critical thinking skills, using gained experience to suggest solutions to the project manager.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide guidance and advice to land referencers in a technical capacity.
- Demonstrable experience in project management, land referencing, and statutory processes.
- Critical thinking abilities, with a strong commitment to problem-solving and solution-driven approaches.
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
