About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Land team at WSP USA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the technical delivery of land referencing projects, ensuring the validity, accuracy, and auditability of information collected.

You will provide support to project owners by delivering technical elements of projects on time, within budget, and to agreed standards. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the land services delivery and success of high-profile infrastructure projects within the UK and Ireland business.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of UK statutory consents requirements, including hybrid Bills, TWAO, DCO, CPO, and/or Vesting Order. You will also have experience of training, mentoring, or transferring technical knowledge to junior colleagues and the ability to undertake technical assurance of other colleagues' work.
