At WSP in the UK, we are looking for a skilled Land Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Land Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland.

The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will be responsible for managing the technical delivery of land referencing projects, ensuring the validity, accuracy, and auditability of information collected. This includes identifying landowners, occupiers, and other parties that hold a legal interest in land through interpretation and research of Land Registry Titles as well as engagement with landowners.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will provide support to project owners by delivering technical elements of projects on time, within budget, and to agreed standards. You will also have opportunities to provide training to our wider Land team, widening your involvement into new sectors and regions.
