Job SummaryThe Fitness Manager will be responsible for leading our fitness team and ensuring that our members receive an exceptional fitness experience. This includes developing and implementing fitness programs, managing staff, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement fitness programs that meet the needs of our members
- Manage and motivate a team of fitness staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure that all fitness equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard
- Monitor and report on fitness program participation and member engagement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience
- 3+ years of experience in a fitness management role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful fitness programs
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices
