About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our gym, ensuring that all members have a positive and safe experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement fitness programs and services that meet the needs of our members.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the gym, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Manage the gym's budget and resources, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and that the gym is operating efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote the gym and its services, and to develop new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fitness management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
