Everlast Fitness Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Represent Everlast Fitness Club as an ambassador for fitness and wellness
* Demonstrate our elevated ways of working and lead by example
* Drive all revenue lines, including membership sales, product sales, and secondary revenue streams
* Manage controllable costs, such as stock orders and cleaning supplies, to eliminate wastage and overspend
* Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members
* Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard
* Provide honest, constructive feedback to support team members in achieving their potential
* Manage club rotas based on budgets and ensure fully trained team members are always onsite

Requirements:

* Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
* Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
* 1+ year previous management role experience within the fitness industry
* Strong leadership qualities and adaptability in communication and management style
* Positive, solutions-driven mindset and a member champion mentality
* Driven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop
* Flexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business
