Key Responsibilities- Lead the Paraplanning function, ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery that meets the needs of our clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and develop the Paraplanning team, aligning with business objectives.
- Operational management of the Paraplanning function, including process review and improvement to ensure client needs are met.
- Line manage and develop Paraplanning Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and leaders to ensure commercial objectives and quality standards are met.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the financial planning industry, with a proven track record in leading Paraplanning teams.
- CII Level 4 qualified as a minimum, Chartered status preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial planning and paraplanning, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for knowledge sharing and commitment to professional development.
