Director of Paraplanning

Join Succession Wealth, a leading Financial Advisory firm, in a newly created role that will drive excellence in Paraplanning. As Director of Paraplanning, you will lead the Paraplanning function, championing Succession's Vision & Values, and growing your team to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Paraplanning function, ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery.
  • Champion Succession's Vision & Values across Paraplanning and the wider organisation.
  • Grow and develop your team, working with Managers and Learning & Development to identify and address development needs.
  • Operational management of the Paraplanning function, reviewing and improving processes to meet client needs.
  • Line manage, motivate, and develop Paraplanning Managers.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and leaders to ensure commercial objectives and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the financial planning industry.
  • Experience managing a Paraplanning function or team.
  • CII Level 4 qualified as a minimum, Chartered status preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial planning/paraplanning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for knowledge sharing and professional development.
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
