- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing Paraplanning team.
- Ensure that our Paraplanning function is aligned with our company values and vision.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior Paraplanning role.
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial planning and paraplanning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CII Level 4 qualified as a minimum, Chartered status preferred.
