Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to join a private school in North Lincolnshire. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students with Additional Needs, including English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Special Education Needs (SEN).

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented team of educators who are passionate about providing high-quality education to students with diverse needs. As the SENCO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support the learning and development of students with Special Educational Needs.

Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and guidance to teaching staff on inclusive education practices.
• Collaborate with external agencies to develop and implement individualized support plans for students with Additional Needs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to students' progress and support plans.
• Work closely with parents and carers to ensure that students receive the best possible support.

Requirements:
• Qualified in supporting students with Special Educational Needs.
• Relevant SENCO Qualification.
• Extensive experience working in a school, college, or similar educational environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £73,000 - £93,000 per annum, depending on experience.
