About the Job

As an SEN Education Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the Scunthorpe area.

Essential Requirements

A strong commitment to and understanding of safeguarding is essential for this role. Experience in effectively engaging with young individuals, even when they present complex and challenging behaviors, is also required. You must have access to personal transportation and be able to travel within a 15-mile radius. Availability for at least three days a week is necessary.

Benefits Package

Your working hours will align with school opening times (typically 08:30-15:30). However, flexibility in terms of workdays is possible. There may be opportunities for half-day shifts, mornings, or afternoons, allowing you to manage your schedule according to your personal commitments.

We offer a competitive weekly salary of £250-£350 per week, depending on experience. This is inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
