About this role:
Tradewind is currently in search of a dynamic and committed individual to assume the role of Behaviour Teaching Assistant at a school in our network. This exciting opportunity involves providing vital support to students that need specialist, nurturing support within the classroom.
Your new role:
As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting pupils across KS2, KS3, and KS4 on a general and 1:1 basis. You will act as a point of contact for students, offering guidance and support, conduct individual sessions to address both academic and personal needs, and collaborate with academic staff to identify and address the specific needs of individual students.

- Understanding of mechanisms supporting academic progress.
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the educational environment.
