Job Description

The Graduate Teaching Assistant role involves supporting students on an individual or small group basis, providing general classroom assistance. This role is ideal for graduates looking to pursue a teaching career or gain valuable experience.

Requirements
  1. Completed a Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  2. A basic understanding of SEN and a desire to work with Primary School-aged pupils
  3. Experience in supporting students with Autism, Complex Needs, or Medical Needs
  4. Desirable skills: Manual Handling, Team Teach Training, Personal Care Training, and experience in a Care or Education environment
  5. A candidate who demonstrates initiative, teamwork, flexibility, and a willingness to challenge themselves in various educational settings
  6. Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks
  7. A CV covering the last three years of employment history
  8. A valid right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at around £20,000-£25,000 per annum, plus benefits such as enhanced DBS Disclosure and professional reference checks.
