About the Role
  • This is a fixed-term contract lasting from December 2024 to July 2025, working Monday to Friday from 08:30 until 15:30.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and other support staff to ensure pupils receive the support they need to succeed in the classroom.
Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to pupils with complex needs and disabilities during lessons.
  • Promote independence and build confidence in pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher and other support staff to develop individualised learning plans.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs, specifically those with complex needs.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
