Principal Resourcing is a leading provider of temporary staffing solutions for schools in the UK.

We are currently seeking a qualified SEN Teacher to join our team on a day-to-day basis to assist with staffing requirements at a SEN school based in Scunthorpe.

The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team and make a positive impact on the lives of students aged 4-15 years old who have an Education, Health and Care Plan.

About the Role:

  • Support teaching staff in the delivery of lessons to students with SEN
  • Assist with class management and provide additional support to students as needed
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other education professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us
  • Right to Work in the UK
