We are seeking an experienced Back Office Coordinator to join our team at Service Service Employment Agency Limited. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide proactive support services to our advisers and clients.

\

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with our team to implement and improve administrative processes, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.

\

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working in the Financial Services sector, with knowledge of back-office systems such as Intelligent Office, Transact, Standard Life, Elevate, and OMW. You should have a good understanding of financial services terminology and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement\
  • Implementing and improving administrative processes to ensure seamless delivery of our services\
  • Providing technical support to the Advisers and other team members\
  • Answering technical client queries\
  • Competent administration through wrap platforms utilized by the company\
  • Answering the telephone promptly and communicating positively and effectively\
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required\
