Director of Commercial Growth

Join us at International Markets, where you'll have the opportunity to drive our commercial growth and success. We're looking for a highly skilled Business Developer who can develop and deliver our sales pipeline, lead our commercial team, and drive its growth.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with the CEO and senior team to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth. Your expertise in B2B sales and business development will enable you to build strong relationships with existing, new, and potential clients, ultimately contributing to our company's success.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a proven track record in B2B sales and business development, preferably at degree level or equivalent. You'll also require strong strategic thinking and teamwork skills, as well as a high level of integrity and experience in SME scale-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver sales pipelines through collaborative working with clients
  • Lead the commercial team and drive its growth
  • Work closely with the CEO and senior team to develop and execute strategic plans

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
  • Strategic thinking and strong teamwork skills
  • High level of integrity and experience in SME scale-up

Salary: £65,000 plus benefits
