Senior Business Growth Manager

At Kerridge Commercial Systems, we're looking for a Senior Business Growth Manager to drive sales revenue growth across our global customer base. Estimated annual salary: £55,000 - £65,000.
We offer a competitive package including a flexible hybrid work policy, where employees spend three days in the office and two days working from home. This approach promotes a balanced work environment that combines office collaboration with the comfort and convenience of remote work.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for demonstrating our state-of-the-art rental software product, Current RMS, and nurturing prospects through their 30-day trial. Key responsibilities include helping the business deliver its annual sales revenue target, asking qualifying questions to prospective customers, and providing detailed solutions meetings.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, especially oral, and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. You should also be confident with using IT, proactive in approach, and self-motivated.
