We are looking for a seasoned Clinical Nurse Team Leader to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals, promoting professional development, and guiding the team to achieve excellence.

Salary: Up to 42,500 per annum

Job Description:

In this role, you will oversee the delivery of safe, effective, and tailored care to service users, contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans. You will also mentor and teach staff, fostering continuous learning and adherence to clinical standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals, promoting professional development, and guiding the team to achieve excellence.
  2. Ensuring care is safe, effective, and tailored to each service user, contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
  3. Mentoring and teaching staff, fostering continuous learning and adherence to clinical standards and guidelines.
  4. Communicating with service users and their families in an empathetic and professional manner, addressing concerns or difficult messages tactfully.
  5. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, integrated care.
  6. Staying up-to-date with current legislation and best practices, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving quality improvement initiatives.
