Job Overview:

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an LGBTQ+ Youth Program Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering programs and services that meet the unique needs of our youth participants. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement program initiatives, build relationships with local organizations, and provide individualized support to our youth participants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the LGBTQ+ community and its needs, as well as experience working with young people or in a related field. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with volunteers, stakeholders, and other team members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement program initiatives that meet the needs of our youth participants
* Deliver workshops and programs on topics such as self-care, mental health, and goal setting
* Collaborate with our team to build relationships with local organizations and community groups
* Provide individualized support and guidance to youth participants
