Annual Salary
This role comes with an estimated annual stipend of £11,500, recognizing the importance of your contribution to our organization.
About the Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with participants, promoting positive relationships, and encouraging open dialogue
- Contributing to the development of programs that cater to the diverse needs of our service users
- Collaborating with our team to maintain a safe and respectful environment
Essential Skills and Experience
To excel in this role, you should:
- Have prior experience working with young people or in LGBTQ+ spaces
- Be able to communicate effectively with diverse groups
- Able to commit to regular volunteering sessions and ongoing training
