Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Volunteer Mentor Program Coordinator at Heathfield Youth Hub.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role: As a Volunteer Mentor Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering mentorship programs for young people. Your primary objective will be to create a supportive and nurturing environment that fosters positive relationships and promotes personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentorship Programs: Design and implement mentorship programs that cater to the diverse needs of young people.
  • Program Coordination: Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and communication for mentorship programs.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with mentors, mentees, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Age 16+: You must be at least 16 years old to apply for this role.
  • DBS Check: A Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required as part of the recruitment process.
  • Volunteer Commitment: A minimum commitment of [X] hours per week is expected from successful applicants.
