About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Regional Quality Support Specialist to join our team at Hays Business Support. As a key member of our regional quality team, you will work closely with the Regional Quality Manager to deliver high-quality projects and services to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction administration or customer coordination and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and subcontractors. This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary of £28,000 and benefits including a company car or car allowance, 31 days annual leave, and pension contribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Regional Quality Manager in coordinating project activities and communicating with stakeholders
  • Support the development and delivery of training programs for internal and external stakeholders
  • Review projects and produce reports to ensure timely completion and effective communication with customers
