Construction Specialist

Bennett and Game represent a globally recognised construction product specialist located in North-West London. The company offers a range of cladding and fixing systems to the construction industry.

Due to their ongoing success within the UK market and becoming recognised as industry leaders for their quality products, they are seeking an experienced Estimator to join their commercial department.

This role is focused on estimating and providing commercial support to the business. Key responsibilities include:

1. Estimating and pricing work packages for new projects.
2. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.
3. Providing detailed estimates and proposals to secure new business.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in estimating and commercial roles, preferably within the construction industry. A strong understanding of building products and systems is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time opportunity based in North-West London.
