The estimated salary for this role is £12.44 per hour (plus paid mileage) based on national standards and the local market rate.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality care and support services to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and self-worth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing companionship and preventing loneliness through friendly interactions
  • Assisting with personal care, including all aspects of personal hygiene
  • Managing medication, collecting prescriptions, and providing reminders
  • Preparing tasty meals and assisting with mealtime
  • Maintaining a clean and safe living environment, including housekeeping tasks
  • Supporting mobility and helping clients get around

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, compassion, and a positive attitude. A responsible and dedicated approach to your work is also essential.
