Domiciliary Care Opportunity

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our domiciliary care team as a Care Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience while making a real difference in people's lives.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for providing care services to our clients in their own homes, including companionship, personal care, medication support, meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility assistance. You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver award-winning care that supports our clients' independence, dignity, and self-worth.

Benefits Package

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £12.44 per hour (weekends £12.90) plus paid mileage. Our benefits package includes enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), cycle to work scheme, refer a friend scheme (£300 per referral), Blue Light Card eligibility, flexible hours, part-time and full-time options, local work, paid training, self-development opportunities, and access to our in-house app.
