About This Role


This Human Resources Business Partner role plays a vital part in the success of our company.


Working closely with senior leaders, you will be responsible for delivering HR solutions that drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.


Main Responsibilities




  • Implement workforce plans that ensure future business success and drive the talent management process in support of the business.

  • Be a trusted adviser and coach to business leaders, providing insight and guidance on organisational design, workforce trends, and change management best practices.

  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion practices to strengthen a positive and inclusive culture within the organisation.

  • Use evidence and data to identify people priorities for the business and address future workforce needs.

  • Collaborate with other functions of the HR operating model to provide leadership and support in the execution of HR related projects.

Requirements




  • A minimum of 3 years working experience in a comparable HR Business partner role.

  • A creative mind-set with the ability to challenge the norm to generate new ideas and excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Hold a minimum of third-level qualification in a relevant discipline, such as a degree or equivalent business experience.

  • Hold a minimum CIPD Level 5 Qualification.

  • Be someone who is curious, kind, and understands the importance of rolling your sleeves up and working collaboratively with others.
