**About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to become our new Audiology Partner, Director, and Business Owner. This exciting opportunity involves growing your own business, serving your community, and creating an asset for your family's future.

The role will require you to build the business and team from the ground up in our existing store. You will receive a guaranteed salary and collect profits as dividends. Your focus will be on growing the customer base and building a successful team.

Main Responsibilities:
