Regional Business Development Lead

We are seeking a talented Sales Manager - South to join our dynamic team. As a Regional Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the identification and capture of new sales opportunities across the logistics industry.
Main Responsibilities:- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support seamless customer onboarding and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in line with company goals, collaborating closely with the Commercial Director.
- Industry Experience: At least 1 year in logistics sales.
- Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Salary: £38,480 + £450 monthly car allowance (option to switch to a company car post-probation) + up to 18% commission of salary. A lucrative package that rewards your hard work and dedication.
