HR Business Development Manager

About the Role
We're looking for a collaborative and customer-focused HR Business Partner to join our team at Collins Aerospace. As an integral part of our Campus HR team, you'll develop diversity and inclusion practices in support of strengthening a one-site Campus Culture and sense of belonging.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to use your HR knowledge and industry experience to turn the People Strategy into tangible actions that support business performance and employee engagement. You'll also partner with other functions of the HR operating model, including our Centres of Excellence teams, to provide leadership and support in the execution of HR-related projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of relationship building and influencing, with experience in using data, metrics, and evidence to inform and drive decision making.
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years' working experience in a comparable HR Business partner role
- A creative mind-set with the ability to challenge the norm to generate new ideas
- Experience in training and leadership development facilitation
