Business Development Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and maintaining a customer-centric focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service
- Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Develop and implement sales plans to drive business growth and meet company objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
- Manage store budgets, including stock, labor, and overheads
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably with a similar business
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
