Clinical CAMHS Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Clinical CAMHS Practitioner. As a key member of our Eating Disorder team, you will play a vital role in assessing and treating young people with eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment and intervention to children and young people with eating disorders and mental health problems
- Deliver evidence-based therapies and support to families and carers
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of individuals and families
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve service delivery
- Relevant professional qualification and registration
- Eligible to practice under the mental health measure Wales 2010
- Post-graduate diploma or relevant knowledge, training, and experience in the specialist field
- Excellent knowledge of mental health problems and disorders
- Excellent knowledge of family dynamics and issues relating to working with families
- Additional formal qualification in a recognised therapeutic approach
- Specific, targeted, evidence-based interventions
- Formal qualification in a relevant field, such as Child Development or Mental Health
- Experience of working in a specific clinical role relating to CAMHS
- Previous specialist eating disorder experience
