About the Role

C-urb is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Repairs and Compliance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our leased properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and landlords to arrange appointments for repairs and safety checks.
  • Ensure that all repairs and maintenance work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and report on the condition of our leased properties.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our tenants and stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to tenant queries in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of repairing standards in the housing sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
