About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our People Team in a maternity cover role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting our tailored L&D program for different areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Work closely with restaurant managers to develop effective training sessions and embed new practices that align with our Hawksmoor culture.
  • Analyze and report on training session feedback to ensure continuous improvement and success.
  • Support manager development by offering coaching and mentoring to restaurant managers.
  • Drive product training to ensure high levels of product knowledge across all restaurants.
  • Promote knowledge sharing by actively engaging on our internal platform.
