Learning and Development Manager

Medlock Partners Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that meet the needs of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs that are engaging, interactive, and effective in improving employee performance and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training content that is relevant and applicable to our clients' needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development and career advancement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Learning and Development, with a strong background in training design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in training and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the recruitment industry.
