About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to join our People Team in a maternity cover role. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting our tailored L&D program for different areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs to support the growth and development of our teams.
  • Work closely with restaurant managers to develop effective training sessions and embed new practices that align with our Hawksmoor culture.
  • Analyze and report on training session feedback to ensure continuous improvement and success.
  • Support the development of our restaurant managers through coaching and mentoring.
  • Drive product training to ensure high levels of product knowledge across all restaurants.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and engagement on our internal platform.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive pro rata pay range of £42,000 - £46,000.
