Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Professional to join our team at Alcumus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and deliver onboarding programs for new starters to ensure a consistent approach and regular monitoring.
  • Collaborate with teams to design and deliver blended training materials that meet business needs.
  • Line manage the Academy department, including Academy Trainers and Coordinators.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the training process and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in L&D, managing LMS platforms and teaching techniques.
  • Team management experience with prioritization, performance management and KPI reporting.
  • Knowledge of the certification industry and experience in delivering training.
