Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Arrow Global Group. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs that align with our business needs and support employee growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs that meet current regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Coordinate the use of external platforms, such as LinkedIn Learning and regulatory learning systems, to ensure seamless content delivery.
  • Partner with external providers to optimize the use of the Apprenticeship Levy for talent development.
  • Mentor and guide team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and manage third-party vendors to deliver high-quality training solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of designing and delivering high-quality training.
  • Strong understanding of UK regulatory requirements and compliance within Financial Services.
  • Experience managing third-party providers and optimizing the Apprenticeship Levy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to bring fresh ideas while maintaining a pragmatic approach to delivery.
