Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Sherborne Talent Solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our team's growth and success by leading efforts in talent acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create learning materials aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver workshops to enhance internal talent and improve onboarding sessions.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop relevant content and training materials.
  • Represent company values through actions and behaviors.
  • Analyze trends to support business needs and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience in an L&D role is essential due to workload expectations.
  • Must have knowledge of various L&D methods, with the ability to write and facilitate content.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, people-centric environment.
  • CIPD qualification is a plus but not required.
